I met Mike before Miriam did and Miriam before Mike did. I studied with Miriam in Wellington, she was majoring in Fashion and I was majoring in Photography. Over the years we worked on several projects together and Miriam was even a model in a couple of my shoots! Miriam has always been the type that pays attention to detail. You could count on her uni projects being quirky, original, fun and elegantly presented – just like her. When planning her wedding Miriam enlisted the help of our friends, Miriam’s flowers, styling , stationery and dress vendors were also all guests at the weddingā¦.so much talent in one room!! When a fashion designer and her creative friends put their powers together you know it’s going to be a beautiful wedding. And letās not even start on that veil which was made by Trelise Cooper who also happens to be her boss!! However Miriam and Mikes day was so much more than just aesthetically pleasing. The visual beauty apparent on the day was a reflection of the love between these two and the way that their lives have collided so beautifully.
Full of tradition, fun, elegance and so much love, this day was pretty special. Thank you for asking us to be a part of Miram and Mike, we were stoked to be a part of your team!! Much love Ruth + Dave
