For the last 24 months I’ve walked a route that takes me via some beautiful homes, and there is one in particular I’ve admired from afar. I’m not gonna lie from time to time I even got my photo geek on, planning what I would do if I photographed there. Then I met Kendra and Fraser who told me that the property belonged to a family friend, that Fraser grew up across the road and that they were planning to have their wedding there. Fist pump!
The morning of the Wedding Fraser and his groomsmen got ready at his family home with Kendra and her girls preparing only metres away at the property across the road. These 7 ladies were on house arrest while the groom and guests congregated in preparation for the ceremony just outside the house. There were more than a few nervous sneak peeks outside the window before the walk down the aisle began!
The ceremony was set under three big oaks, a place where Fraser and his brothers had spent hours playing in their younger years. The significance of this place added an extra layer of meaning to their already emotional ceremony, officiated by Fraser’s Aunty. These two are loved by many and their audience was captive while they became Mr & Mrs Kilgour.
I can’t finish without mentioning the first dance. This was under the stars to Micheal Jackson’s The way you make me feel and these two carved up the dance floor with their spontaneous moves that are better seen than described! So scroll through and enjoy “THE WEDDING OF THE YEAR” as proclaimed by Fraser and Kendra’s runsheet info!!Thanks for having us team, we love the way you compliment each other and were stoked to be part of your day!
